The East Midlands office is based not far from the picturesque town of Stamford, just off the A1.  This strategic position, close to the county borders of Rutland with Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire, coupled with the region’s excellent road and rail network, enables the office to cover a very wide area, appealing to established buyers from within the region, as well as the increasing number of commuters using the East Coast Mainline.

Briony Mathams

Briony moved to the East Midlands from London over 14 years ago, having started her career in property with development company Merivale Moore plc.  In 1990, she established a property marketing and PR consultancy in her own name, specialising in the residential markets with both national and international clients, notably Sotheby’s International Realty.

Her knowledge of the area is based on excellent local contacts and the still very current experience of bringing up two children, both schooled locally and with a passion for all things equestrian.  Her advice is therefore not just limited to property, and she will be happy to share her knowledge on the practical aspects of living in the region.

Charles Henriques  MRICS

A Chartered Surveyor, Charles began his career with Knight Frank & Rutley in the Country House and Farms Department.  After gaining his Estate Management degree, he joined Jones Lang Wootton to deal with Central London offices and qualified ARICS whilst there.  Subsequently, he has held senior positions at three other well known London firms, before going independent in 2004 to specialise in tenant rep work, advising clients in London and nationally on leasing office space. 

A real enthusiasm for living in the region along with a professional property skill set is a great combination when it comes to giving advice on buying a home.
